Ron Udall

After graduating from UCLA in 1968, Ron Udall was employed as a Sales Engineer by H.H. Robertson Company. From 1970 to 1973, he worked for Sanderson Development Corporation in Mammoth Lakes, California, where he oversaw the project administration of three townhouse developments in the area. From 1973 to 1980, Mr. Udall was a partner in Consolidated Properties, where his primary responsibility was construction management on a number of residential housing developments in Southern California.

In 1980, Mr. Udall started Tyler Development Corporation, which, over the last 30 years, he has managed, nurtured and grown, guided by three universal concepts - Integrity, Quality, and Professionalism. Having worked with the regions best and most sought-after architects and designers, as well as sophisticated clients, Mr. Udall understands that the construction of a high-end, one-of-a-kind home requires not only extraordinary quality, but also, an honest, straightforward, and communicative approach.

In an effort to provide uncompromised quality and service, Mr. Udall has built a financially and environmentally responsible company with a fully staffed office capable of handling development, construction management, and general contracting. Moreover, in order to guide his clients through the important and often challenging process of building a custom-home, Mr. Udall has assembled a unique and talented team. Tyler Development's staff, including two LEED ("Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design") certified project managers, possess knowledge of cutting edge building practices and environmentally responsible subcontractors and source material suppliers.
